Jheronimus is a neo-humanistic Sans with Variable weight and contrast axis. The typeface has an open aperture, straight terminals and moderate x-height. Jheronimus is a font with uniform ordered rhythm, well readable on the screen in small size. Consistent letter proportions, pill shaped rounded elements and pronounced connection strokes. Punctuation marks are well decorated. Jheronimus will satisfy any demanding typographer. There are oldstyle figures in the best traditions of humanism.
The bright recognizable character is combined with a clear form. It creates a sharp crystal impression. Jheronimus is suitable for the ambitious, temperamental design. It is stylistically similar to the paintings of the Dutch artist Hieronymus Bosch. From this comes the font's name. The typeface was designed by Aleksey Popovtsev in 2019.
